Please note that the SRA (Special Ratings Area) was only levied by the eThekwini Municipality (eTM) from October 2019, instead of July 2019. As a result there is a 3 months arrears of the levies.
The arrears will be collected by spreading the outstanding amounts for July, August and September 2019 over the period of 8 months that is remaining in the 2019/2020 financial year (November 2019 – June 2020).
