Dear GUIP Contributors,
I hope you are all keeping well.
I am pleased to announce that, in time, I will be heading towards full retirement and will only be visiting the precinct once a week from my home in Scottburgh from 1 July 2020. I am extremely excited about the prospect of spending more time pursuing other interests however as I will only be in the precinct once a week, I thought it prudent to step down as the GUIP Chairman.
With immediate effect therefore current GUIP Vice Chairman, Chris Beresford, has agreed to step into the breech as my replacement and I will take on the position of Vice-Chairman for now. Most of you know that Chris and I have worked very closely since the establishment of the GUIP and I trust you will be satisfied with the continuity he will bring as the new Chairman.
We have built a solid foundation for the GUIP over the past year or so and I am sure that Chris, with the support of the board, management and other partners, can take it to new levels going forward.
Sincerely,
GUIP Chairman,
Neil Lamble
